Purchase Orders: Purchase orders are accepted from US Government and US Educations Institutions. We are registered with the state of New Jersey.

Shipping: Actual shipping charges apply to all orders. All in-stock orders will be shipped within 48 hours of order completion. Please allow 1-2 weeks for receipt of your US order upon order completion unless express shipping is requested (Special rates will apply).

Cancellations: Orders are easily cancelled and a full refund issued prior to shipping.

Returns and Exchanges: If you are not satisfied with an item, we accept returns within 14 days or exchanges and/or store credit within 30 days. Items must be in brand new condition and in original packaging. Please contact Veronica's™ Classroom to get an RMA number prior to returning.
